How does pricing for golf parties work?

Your total party cost is your golf party fee + your food and bar tab, with the following options:

  • Group Tab (You pay for all your guest’s drinks)*

  • Drink Tickets (You pay for some guest drinks)*

How can I access the Catering & Drinks Pricing Packet?

Let us know if you’re interested! Please fill out the Request a Party form at the bottom of the page with the general details of your party. We’ll email you with your information packet and connect you with our Events Team.

Is there a minimum duration for a golf party?

Yes, all our golf parties have a minimum of two hours for the bays. Any additional hours can be added on for the hourly rate mentioned in your Events & Catering packet, plus any private room fees.

How many people count as having a golf party?

Our golf parties are designed for groups of 12 or more. Our bays have a capacity of 6 per bay, and there’s no limit for parties that only want to use the driving range. When booking a golf party, you’ll receive priority booking, with no limit on how far in advance you can book. However, we kindly request at least 2 weeks’ notice for any event so that we can allocate sufficient time to ensure your event is perfect.

How does tipping work for golf parties?

All golf parties will incur a gratuity charge of 20% added to your invoice.

What are my options if I would like to host an event without golf?

We also have our seating area available for rent for events that don’t require our Golf Simulators. For more information, please see your events and catering packet.

HOW IT WORKS

Fill out the form below to request your party date at least 2 weeks prior to your event.

  • We receive many requests weekly. Please allow at least 3 days for us to review requests and contact you.

  • If your date is available, a party estimate will be sent to you via email.

  • Review and approve your party estimate.  Deposit payments can be made either in-person or over the phone with a manager at All Seasons or can be sent as a digital invoice via email. 

  • A 20% gratuity is added to all party tabs when closing out at the end of your event.

  • 50% of the total event will be taken as your deposit and must be paid in full to reserve your party. 

  • Fully refundable if cancellation is received within 24 hours prior to your event. No-shows, or late cancellations are not eligible for deposit reimbursement.
